Job Description
Join our innovative team to lead electrical/telecommunication projects for a large-scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic. We are seeking an Electrical/Telecommunications Project Manager to join our Field Operations team, located in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Mobilization to Guantanamo Bay will take place in summer of 2026. This position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-$150,000, Company-provided housing for self and dependents on the island, company-provided vehicle, paid utilities, company-paid quarterly trips off island back to your home, and generous foreign income exclusion eligibility, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and Paid Time off. - A BA/BS degree in Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics), Construction Management, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may be qualifying.
- Five or more years work experience in Project Management of numerous projects (commercial or industrial) required.
- Eight or more years or equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager / Superintendent (or equivalent) in the electrical & telecommunication construction industry required. Work experience in the design-build industry desired.
- Demonstrate proficiency in engineering design, system, and standards.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - esp. Teams/Sharepoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
- Specific software literacy (McCormick, Primavera 3/6, Autodesk Build & Cost Management, BIM, Revit) preferred.
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required. Training can be provided. STS certification preferred.
- LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ preferred.
