Senior Database Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to manage and optimize mission-critical database environments that power enterprise operations. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain MS SQL Server instances, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Perform database administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Handle instance management and advanced query writing for complex data needs.
• Ensure database security, backup, and recovery processes are in place and effective.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Database Administrator.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.
• Strong expertise in instance management and query optimization.
• Solid understanding of database security, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
