We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, test, and improve campaigns that drive real B2B sales. This is a hands-on role for someone who is both the organiser and the doer.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:
-Owning the CRM (Monday.com preferred), including segmentation, automations, workflows, and data hygiene
-Building nurture journeys, follow-ups, renewals, and review-generation workflows
-Driving inbound B2B leads through email, SMS, leaflet, and website campaigns
-Improving funnels, CTAs, messaging, and conversion rates across digital assets
-Planning, facilitating, and distributing content across YouTube, podcasts, blogs, newsletters, and websites
🎯 What You’ll Bring to the Table:
-Proven marketing experience (startup or service-based preferred)
-Strong understanding of B2B marketing and conversion-focused strategy
-Excellent written and spoken English (UK English preferred)
-Strong Canva/design skills for marketing assets
-Experience using CRM platforms (Monday.com preferred)
