Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Senior Growth Digital Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, managing outreach initiatives, and assisting with website and paid media projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in digital marketing within a fast-paced SaaS environment. The role spans advertising, website optimization, reporting, and outreach, contributing to growth while developing a well-rounded digital skill set.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Outreach

  • Support execution of ABM and outbound campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn, Influ2, and ColdIQ.
  • Assist with campaign targeting, list management, and performance tracking.
  • Draft and test ad copy variations and calls-to-action.
  • Provide operational support across ongoing marketing campaigns and digital projects.
  • Coordinate multi-channel programs (e.g., “Scrappy ABM” campaign = ads + AISDR outbound).

Website & Optimization Support

  • Contribute to the planning and structure of the upcoming company website launch.
  • Support content uploads, page updates, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Paid Media & Analytics

  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Help manage campaign calendars, dashboards, and reporting in Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Vendor & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with external vendors for AI-driven SEO, marketing automation, and ad targeting initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and data alignment.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Must have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (not entry-level).
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and how to interpret performance data.

Skills

  • Genuine interest in digital marketing and growth-driven advertising.
  • Strong motivation to learn and apply new tools, platforms, and techniques.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
