About The Role

Join Marketing team to support the growth of our fintech product. As a  Digital & Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing digital marketing initiatives, creating content and working closely with product and sales teams to drive acquisition, activation and revenue.

This is a hands-on, junior–mid level role combining digital marketing execution, content creation, product marketing and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

Digital & Growth Marketing

  • Assist in planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO).
  • Support optimization of landing pages, funnels and conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.


Content Creation

  • Create and maintain marketing content, including:
  • Website and landing page copy
  • Blog posts and educational articles
  • Email campaigns and lifecycle communications
  • Product-related content (feature announcements, FAQs, explainers)
  • Translate complex fintech features into clear, compliant and user-friendly messaging.


Product Marketing

  • Work closely with product and UX teams to support:
  • Feature launches
  • Product positioning and messaging
  • Onboarding and in-product communication
  • Help define value propositions for different customer segments.


Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to:
  • Understand customer pain points and objections
  • Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, email templates)
  • Support lead nurturing and handover from marketing to sales
  • Align marketing campaigns with sales priorities and pipeline goals.


Requirements

Must-Have

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or product marketing.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Analytics tools (GA4 or similar)
  • Email / CRM tools (Mailerlite, Capterra or similar)
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales and technical teams
  • Proficiency in English language.


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS or B2B technology.
  • Experience with product launches, onboarding flows or lifecycle marketing.
  • Basic design skills or experience working with designers.
