We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our Revenue team.
Mission:
As a Data & Analytics Intern at Sleek, you will support the Global Revenue Analytics team under the Revenue organisation. Your mission is to turn data into actionable insights that improve revenue growth, sales effectiveness, marketing efficiency, technical optimization and customer quality across Sleek's core markets.
Outcomes
- Optimise and redesign 2 legacy Tableau dashboards. Analyse Sales and Marketing data to identify data quality issues, metric gaps, and usability improvements in existing dashboards, covering:
- Business health and funnel performance
- Sales representative performance and productivity
- Marketing adoption and campaign KPIs
- Customer behaviour and touchpoint analysis
- Build 1 propensity model to:
- Identify high-quality leads for Sales prioritisation, OR
- Score visitors or prospects for targeted Marketing efforts
- 2 Actionable insights on ROAS and customer value, influencing Sales or Marketing targeting decisions:
- Identifying characteristics of high-value customers
- Analysing acquisition channels and campaigns that drive long-term value
- Clear documentation of metrics, dashboards, and analytical assumptions
- Hands-on experience working on revenue-critical analytics projects across Sales & Marketing
- Exposure to end-to-end analytics workflows: data exploration, dashboarding, modeling, insight generation and AI-enabled workflows
- Direct impact on revenue decisions through improved reporting, AI automations, lead quality scoring, and ROAS optimization
- Mentorship from a Senior Analytics Manager within a global Revenue organisation
- Opportunity to present insights to senior stakeholders across Sales and Marketing
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data sets and derive insights
- Basic proficiency in SQL/BQ, Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience in Tableau Dashboard creation
- Ability to commit to 3 to 6 months of internship without the need for visa sponsorship
- Knowledge of Python / R / Using AI for code optimization / modelling
- Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, or funnel metrics (e.g. CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV)

The interview process
The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.

A :30 minute chat with a live case study, to understand your thought process and problem solving skills.
Behavioural fit assessment
A :60 minute chat with a member of the HR or leadership team, where they will dive into some of your recent work situations to understand how you think and work.
Offer + reference interviews
We'll make a non-binding offer verbally or over email, followed by a couple of short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us.

Please be aware that Sleek is a regulated entity and as such is required to perform different levels of background checks on staff depending on their role.
