Job Overview
The Chief Executive Advisor will serve as a senior strategic leader, providing high-level advisory support to the CEO and executive leadership team on corporate strategy, operational execution, technology alignment, and global expansion initiatives.
Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, the Chief Executive Advisor will guide strategic decision-making, support business transformation, and help ensure alignment between vision, execution, and market realities. This role is designed for an accomplished executive with deep experience in blockchain, fintech, or institutional finance, capable of offering informed, independent counsel in complex, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Strategy & Advisory Leadership
Provide strategic advice to the CEO and executive leadership on corporate direction, market positioning, and long-term growth initiatives.
Support executive decision-making by offering insights on technology trends, blockchain adoption, and financial market dynamics.
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, operational maturity, and execution priorities.
Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, operational capabilities, and market opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Business Transformation
Advise on the development and execution of Consutec Finance’s long-term growth and expansion strategy.
Translate strategic goals into practical execution frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics.
Guide transformation initiatives focused on scalability, operational efficiency, and technology-driven innovation.
Anticipate regulatory, technological, and market developments impacting blockchain and digital finance.
Global Expansion & Institutional Enablement
Advise leadership on market entry strategies for the Americas and other priority regions.

Qualifications
18–20+ years of senior leadership, executive advisory, or strategic management experience within blockchain, fintech, digital assets, or institutional financial services.
Proven experience advising C-level executives or boards in high-growth or transformational environments.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, capital markets, and digital finance ecosystems.
Expertise in corporate strategy, governance, operational transformation, and executive decision-making.
Exceptional communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
