Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive (Immediate Joiners) with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in IT & non-technical hiring, NATS Apprenticeship management, and HR operations. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, apprenticeship enrollments, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT technical and non-technical roles
- Experience in US IT recruitment and local hiring is mandatory
- Source candidates through job portals, ATS, referrals, and social platforms
- Screen, coordinate, and follow up with candidates
- Schedule interviews and manage offer rollouts
- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding process
- Manage NATS portal for new and existing apprenticeship enrollments
- Coordinate apprentice registration, documentation, and compliance
- Track apprentice progress and maintain records as per government norms
- Liaise with internal teams for apprentice onboarding and training
- Support attendance tracking and payroll coordination
- Assist in HR policy drafting and implementation
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance is an added advantage
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Post jobs on various job boards and recruitment platforms
- Manage candidate data using ATS tools
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in IT technical hiring and non-technical recruitment
- Exposure to US IT recruitment and local Indian hiring
- Hands-on experience with NATS Apprenticeship portal
- Knowledge of HR policies, payroll support, attendance, and labour laws
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS systems
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Open to candidates from Tamil Nadu
- On-site role (Relocation support as applicable)
