Job Description


Position: Unified Communication Engineer

Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Unified Communication Engineer to join their team!

We are seeking an experienced Unified Communication Engineer to architect and deploy cutting-edge customer solutions using advanced Contact Center, Self-service bot, and Communications Platform as a Service tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with AI-driven automation and machine learning models to enhance Customer and Agent Experience. You'll be at the forefront of integrating agentic AI-powered voice recognition and natural language processing into existing voice infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Architect and deploy customer solutions using advanced Contact Center and CPaaS tools
  • Integrate AI-driven automation and machine learning models for enhanced CX and AX
  • Implement AI-powered voice recognition and natural language processing for self-service
  • Configure and manage hardware and software for various voice services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software platforms for various technologies
  • Design and implement process automation using AI and scripting tools

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 6-8 years of experience in voice design support or as a UC Engineer
  • Proficiency in Cisco Communications Solutions
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise VoIP: FXO/FXS ports, SRST, dial peers, QoS
  • Experience with video conferencing endpoints, softphones, and route patterns
  • Understanding of CRM systems and Call Recording tools
  • Knowledge of speech analytics, NLP, and AI-based decision engines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Python or similar programming languages
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs)
  • Background in Contact Center, Voice Automation, or Generative AI Engineering
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Knowledge of RTMT and DNA troubleshooting technologies
