What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Growth & Digital Marketing professional who can own and operate the entire growth engine end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a player-coach environment—equally comfortable defining growth strategy and personally executing the work needed to hit revenue targets.


Success in this role requires comfort with hands-on execution and direct ownership of paid media, funnels, and performance—from strategy through implementation. You’ll be responsible for building, launching, optimizing, and scaling acquisition initiatives, using data to continuously improve efficiency, conversion, and revenue impact.


Responsibilities—what you'll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across multiple service lines
  • Personally manage and optimize Google Ads (search, retargeting, bidding, scaling)
  • Build and manage multi-channel acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion flows to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Own full-funnel acquisition, nurturing, and performance measurement
  • Use HubSpot to build CRM pipelines, automations, email nurtures, and attribution models
  • Improve lead-to-conversion rates across all touchpoints
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making
  • Lead SEO strategy and manage the external SEO agency to ensure measurable ROI
  • Oversee content and brand consistency across digital channels
  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging, positioning, and growth priorities
  • Identify and develop referral partnerships and B2B growth opportunities
  • Track and report on CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and channel performance
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights


Qualifications:

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Proven track record of running and optimizing Google Ads
  • Experience owning SEO strategy or managing external SEO agencies
  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel growth, attribution, and performance metrics
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort making data-driven decisions
  • Experience working in startups or small, fast-growing companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ownership mindset—you take responsibility for results, not tasks
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
  • This position is for serious, career-oriented candidates


Nice to have:

  • Experience in marketing healthcare, wellness, mental health, or other service-based businesses
  • Experience running multi-channel acquisition at scale
  • Familiarity with funnel building, landing page optimization, and CRO
  • Experience developing B2B partnerships or referral programs
