Our client is looking for a Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience. We need a developer who is not limited to a single feature but can adapt to handle a wide variety of development tasks across the platform. You must be an AI-smart developer who actively leverages AI tools (specifically Claude AI) to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation, ensuring maximum productivity and code quality.
Company Introduction:
An online content brokerage platform that enables content creators to buy and sell their videos. Users pay per view for videos uploaded by creators.
Responsibilities
- Adaptable Backend Development: Take on various development tasks spanning from core architecture design to API maintenance and feature enhancements.
- Efficiency Driven by AI: Harness AI tools (particularly Claude AI) to accelerate development cycles, optimize code, and efficiently solve complex problems.
- Ensuring System Scalability: Develop APIs for session management, chat functions, user access, and admin tools to ensure the system can handle growth.
- General Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues, fine-tune database performance, and maintain system stability across different modules.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional backend development experience.
- AI Proficiency (Crucial): Demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs (e.g., Claude AI) to boost coding speed and accuracy. Comfortable with "co-programming" alongside AI.
- Adaptability: Capable of diving into various parts of the backend system and handling different requests, not just limited to feature development.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in at least one backend language: Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
- Cloud & DB: Experience with deployment on AWS/GCP and solid understanding of databases and RESTful API design.
