Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and business-minded Sponsorships & Brand Deals Manager to join Jouza3tivity, a YouTube channel being built from scratch, focusing on business advice, productivity, book summaries, Notion tutorials, and documenting the journey of creating the channel while managing an existing business.
The role is flexible, remote, and commission-based, with earnings tied directly to each sponsorship or brand partnership you secure. If you are passionate about influencer marketing, sales, and building long-term relationships with brands, this is an opportunity to grow with us from the very beginning.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities relevant to our channel’s content.
- Create and present sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and media kits.
- Reach out to companies, agencies, and potential sponsors via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Negotiate terms and secure deals that benefit both the brand and the channel.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat collaborations.
- Provide regular reports on leads, outreach, and closed deals.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Arabic (spoken and written) with good English skills.
- Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sponsorships, partnerships, influencer marketing, or sales.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently.
- Comfortable collaborating remotely using tools like Google Drive, Notion, Discord, and Zoom.
