Project Manager (Technical Projects)

Role:

We’re looking for a Project Manager to coordinate technical projects across frontend, backend, and infrastructure teams. You will be responsible for planning, execution, communication, and delivery, making sure projects move forward without chaos, surprises, or endless meetings.

This is a remote, part-time contract role with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage technical projects from initiation to delivery
2. Coordinate work between developers, DevOps, and stakeholders
3. Maintain project timelines, scopes, and priorities
4. Track progress, risks, and dependencies
5. Communicate status updates clearly and regularly
6. Ensure tasks are well-defined and deliverables meet expectations

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT or software projects
2. Understanding of web development and infrastructure basics
3. Strong organizational and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
5. English fluency or at least Russian as a fallback
6. Comfortable working with distributed, remote teams

Nice to have:
• Experience with Agile or similar delivery frameworks
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, ClickUp, or similar
• Background in infrastructure, DevOps, or security-related projects

Terms:
1. Contract position, 18 EUR/hour gross (contractor pays own taxes)
2. Fully remote, flexible working hours
3. Background check required before onboarding
4. Open globally, except high-risk or sanctioned countries
5. Legal freelance/contract status preferred
