About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PT Marketing Manager to support and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with our design and content teams to strengthen our brand presence, support strategic marketing initiatives, and deliver high-quality marketing materials. The ideal candidate brings a strong marketing background, a sharp eye for design, and hands-on experience in B2B environments. The position is fully remote.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute social media marketing, with a primary focus on LinkedIn

  • Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize posts
  • Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and recommend improvements

Develop, coordinate, and distribute email newsletters

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure messaging and visuals align with brand standards
  • Track and report on performance metrics

Support strategic marketing initiatives

  • Assist in campaign planning and execution
  • Provide insights based on performance data, audience engagement, and market trends

Develop and maintain marketing collateral

  • Sales decks, one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and digital assets
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging

Provide input into marketing strategy

  • Contribute ideas to improve reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Share insights from channel performance and industry best practices

Work cross-functionally with design, content, and leadership teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives

  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed, including occasional travel

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related field
  • Bachelor's in Marketing or Communications, Masters preferred
  • Strong marketing background with experience in both execution and strategic support
  • Proven experience working with B2B SaaS companies
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Well-developed design aesthetics and experience collaborating closely with design teams
  • Experience in higher education and/or international organizations is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support marketing initiatives (a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a part-time capacity


Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, etc.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
