- 7+ years of Project Management or Customer Implementation experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with scope changes and tight deadlines
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Wrike, and methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
- Previous experience working remotely
- Familiarity with Confluence Wiki and Scrum methodology
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
