Role Overview:


EDUEX is a London-based Education Consultancy firm specializing in recruiting UK based students for top universities across the UK. We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact lead generation campaigns that drive quality leads at minimal cost. You will oversee multiple platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, etc.) to create and sustain a targeted audience, raise brand awareness, and collaborate closely with the sales team. Your daily focus will be on rigorous performance monitoring, rapid optimization, and meeting lead targets within budget, all while building a strong and unique brand presence from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management & Performance

  • Run and manage 25–30 highly optimized, cost-effective lead-generation campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Rigorously monitor all campaigns in real time, analyzing performance data (CPL/CPA, ROI, CTR, etc.) to immediately control rising costs and improve results.
  • Objective: Minimize cost per lead/conversion while maintaining lead quality and maximizing ROI.

Audience Growth & Brand Development

  • Design marketing funnels and use tracking pixels to build and refine segmented audience bases, growing sustainable traffic streams for both niche and broad audiences.
  • Lead brand-awareness initiatives from scratch, creating a consistent and compelling brand identity to differentiate Eduex and engage our audience.
  • Oversee all social media platforms to ensure cohesive branding and smooth campaign execution.
  • Objective: Expand audience reach and build brand awareness—fostering an engaged organic following and establishing Eduex as a memorable market presence.

Lead Generation & Collaboration

  • Ensure daily lead targets are met within budget by optimizing ads, landing pages, and targeting to increase conversion rates.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team, providing marketing-qualified leads promptly and using feedback to refine strategies for higher conversion.
  • Objective: Increase lead volume through innovative, budget-efficient strategies that balance quantity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Optimization

  • Prepare and review daily performance reports, analyze campaign efficiency and key metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Present insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed optimization.
  • Objective: Continuously improve campaign performance and strategic alignment based on data and feedback.


Qualification:


  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Preferred in marketing)


What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven track record of running successful TikTok Ads and Meta Ads campaigns that generated quality leads (this is a must).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet daily lead targets, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background managing social media accounts with daily posting and engagement.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, content creators, and other teams across the organisation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns based on data.
  • Creative, adaptable, and excellent at managing multiple priorities.
