Job Description

About the Organization:

This organization empowers the unsung heroes who support the world by revolutionizing how businesses manage their maintenance operations. It provides a comprehensive suite of software solutions enabling organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. The robust CMMS platform includes features from preventive maintenance to inventory management designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Opportunity:

The Director of Integrations will own the strategy, prioritization, and execution of pre-built integrations and the partnerships and ecosystem that enable them. The role focuses on making it effortless for customers to connect with mission-critical systems such as ERP, purchasing, inventory, and IoT. Positioned at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, and customer-facing functions, this role will define the roadmap for in-app integrations, manage relationships with iPaaS partners, lead the transition from legacy white-labeled iPaaS, and ensure integrations become a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously refine the roadmap for pre-built integrations across ERP, HRIS, Finance, Inventory, Sensors/IoT, SSO, and other enterprise workflow systems.

• Prioritize requests based on customer demand, market needs, GTM input, and strategic value for mid-market and enterprise customers.

• Convert business workflows into functional and technical requirements for engineering.

• Partner with engineering leads to ensure integrations are predictable, scalable, and reusable within platform architecture.

• Manage the full lifecycle of each integration from discovery through design, development, QA, customer validation, launch, and ongoing improvements.

• Create repeatable patterns and frameworks to accelerate integration delivery.

• Meet with customers and prospects to uncover workflow needs, data flows, and integration gaps.

• Translate insights into structured requirements for the integration backlog.

• Support enterprise sales by explaining integration fit within broader operational tech stacks.

• Own strategic relationships with iPaaS partners (e.g., Prismatic, Make, Zapier, Paragon, n8n).

• Manage the roadmap for built connectors across major iPaaS platforms, ensuring quality and vendor alignment.

• Lead transition from legacy iPaaS tooling toward customer-supported or native pre-built integrations.

• Ensure the ecosystem meets enterprise expectations for reliability, documentation, SLAs, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support to deliver integrations smoothly.

• Own intake, triage, and scoping of integration requests from Sales and Customer Success.

• Work with Solutions Engineering to create repeatable “integration playbooks” supporting enterprise implementations.

• Lead the ecosystem of integration partners building on the platform.

• Provide guidance on when to use pre-built integrations versus partner-built connectors.

• Establish and enforce standards for partner-built integrations including API usage, data mapping, authentication, security, error handling, reliability, and quality assurance processes.

• Build a scalable partner enablement program with documentation, patterns, sample workflows, and reference architectures.

• Assist partners in troubleshooting integration designs by ensuring adherence to best practices and platform alignment.

• Act as escalation point for high-impact partner needs including roadmap alignment, joint customer requirements, and architectural decisions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Product, Technical Partnerships, Solutions Architecture, or Integrations leadership.

• Understanding of operational workflows across systems such as ERP, procurement, inventory, and facility/asset management technology.

• Strong communicator capable of managing complex enterprise conversations and translating needs for engineering and customers.

• Experience building structured integration requirements (API calls, scenarios, events, data mappings, sync frequencies).

• Experience owning or working with iPaaS solutions such as Make, Prismatic, Zapier, Workato, Celigo, n8n, Tray.io.

• Ability to balance short-term delivery with longer-term ecosystem strategy.

• Proven success in cross-functional environments and achieving alignment quickly.

Benefits & Perks:

• Fully remote position

• Stock options

• Flexible PTO

• 11 paid company holidays

• Paid parental leave

• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

• Employer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insurance

• Company contribution match for HSA and 401(k)

• Flexible Spending Account

• Monthly employee wellness stipend

• Opportunities for Learning and Development reimbursement

• Pet insurance

Compensation:

• $200,000 to $230,000 USD annually, depending on experience
