We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to bring ideas to life through engaging animations and visual storytelling. This role is ideal for designers who are passionate about motion design, branding, and digital content, and who enjoy working in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for videos, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to translate concepts into compelling visual animations.
• Create animations, transitions, titles, and visual effects that align with brand guidelines.
• Edit and enhance video content with motion elements, typography, and sound cues.
• Optimize motion graphics for different platforms and screen sizes.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain and organize design assets and animation files.

• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or a related field (internships/projects count).
• Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate clearly with team members.
• Portfolio showcasing motion graphics or animation work.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
