About the Opportunity:
This organization is modernizing veterinary software and the pet healthcare experience through a suite of platforms including a procurement marketplace, home delivery ecommerce, and a practice management system. Over 25,000 hospitals nationwide rely on these tools daily. The role is for an experienced product designer to create exceptional experiences that empower veterinary clinics.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas from concept to implementation
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define roadmaps and solve key problems
• Partner with engineers to ensure design intent is maintained during implementation
• Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and workshops
• Maintain and evolve the design system for a cohesive platform experience
• Work fully remotely Requirements: • 5+ years designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications
• Experience shipping complex B2B or SaaS products with a clear design process
• Strong ability to think in systems and patterns with usability and interaction design instincts
• Skilled across user experience, interaction, and visual design • A portfolio demonstrating product thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments working with engineers and stakeholders

Compensation:
• Typical base pay range across the U.S.: $90,000/year to $180,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits
• Colorado salary range: $115,000 to $145,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits
• Salary range is a good faith estimate and may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience • Range reflects base hourly or annual compensation and excludes bonus, equity, or other incentives
