We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable network infrastructure. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, optimizing network performance, and working in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud-based network infrastructures.

Monitor network performance, availability, and security; troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

Configure and manage network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

Ensure network security through best practices, access controls, and regular updates.

Collaborate with system administrators, cloud engineers, and IT teams to support business operations.

Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.

✅ Requirements

1–3 years of experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure, or related roles.

Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols.

Experience with network devices (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, or similar).

Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong plus.

Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python) are an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Fluent in English.

Based in Australia with legal right to work full-time.
