Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Benefits Analyst III to support and optimize their Workday Benefits environment in a fully remote, temp-to-hire role. This position plays a key role in ensuring benefits accuracy, compliance, and seamless system performance across the organization.

- ⏳ Temp-to-Hire
- 💰 $50–60/hour
- 🕒 Full-time
What You’ll Be Doing
- Configure, maintain, and support Workday Benefits modules (Health, Welfare, Retirement, ACA)
- Lead annual Open Enrollment setup, testing, execution, and audits
- Manage EDI files and benefits integrations with third-party vendors
- Troubleshoot benefits-related system issues and business processes
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA requirements
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors on benefits system initiatives
- Support benefits reporting and ongoing system enhancements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with deep expertise in Workday Benefits
- Strong hands-on experience with Open Enrollment and EDI management
- Solid understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Workday Pro Benefits certification is a plus
