  • Analyze insurance-related conversations and identify common questions, pain points, and claim scenarios regarding fire, flood, equipment breakdown, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Develop and refine model training materials to ensure the AI delivers empathetic, accurate, and policy-compliant customer service responses.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and project managers, providing nuanced feedback on model performance and customer journey mapping.
  • Document workflows, write scenarios, and test case scripts to ensure AI training aligns with real-world customer interactions.
