Work Model: Fully Remote | Primarily Internal

Industry: Healthcare | B2B SaaS

About Projile Corporation

Projile Corporation is a technology consulting and product development firm specializing in building and scaling cloud-based B2B SaaS solutions for the public sector, healthcare, and community-based organizations. Our mission is to deliver mission-driven digital platforms that empower organizations and improve outcomes across North America.

Projile has launched a SaaS product focused on the healthcare and community health market. This product is actively used by organizations delivering care and social services, and it requires a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, and reliability due to the nature of the domain.

As part of our rapid growth, we are expanding our delivery and support team to ensure our platforms meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Quality Analyst to support the quality, stability, and reliability of our cloud-based healthcare SaaS platform.

This role focuses on manual and functional testing and works closely with product managers and engineers to validate features, identify issues early, and support smooth releases.

This is a primarily internal role with minimal client-facing responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys focused, detail-oriented work and wants to grow their QA skills in a healthcare SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing & Quality Assurance-

  • Design and execute manual test cases for web-based SaaS applications
  • Perform smoke, sanity, and regression testing across releases
  • Validate new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes
  • Ensure functionality aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria

Defect Management & Collaboration-

  • Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
  • Retest fixes and confirm resolution
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify expected behavior
  • Participate in sprint reviews and release readiness activities

Documentation & Process-

  • Maintain QA documentation including test cases and test scenarios
  • Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and checklists
  • Assist in building reusable test scenarios over time

Release Support-

  • Support pre-release and post-release validation
  • Perform basic production sanity checks after deployments
  • Help ensure smooth handoffs between development, QA, and support teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in manual QA or software testing
  • Experience testing web-based or SaaS applications
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Ability to write clear, structured test cases and defect reports
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Education:

University Degree from a reputable intuition is required.  B.Tech/Computer science degree is not required.

We value clear thinking, communication skills, and discipline over credentials.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum environments
  • Basic API testing experience (e.g., Postman)
  • Basic SQL knowledge for simple data validation
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated domains

What This Role Is Not:

To ensure alignment, this role is not intended for:

  • Senior QA or automation-only profiles
  • Candidates expecting senior-level compensation or titles
  • Roles focused primarily on client-facing or leadership responsibilities

This role is best suited for candidates who want to build strong QA fundamentals and grow steadily over time.

Why Join Projile:

  • Fully remote role (India-based)
  • Opportunity to work on a real-world healthcare SaaS platform
  • Exposure to regulated, mission-driven systems where quality matters
  • Collaborative, professional team environment
  • Clear learning and growth opportunities over time
