Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant with multiple upgrade and implementation experience, covering all modules of Oracle HCM. This position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders, own end to end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements, conducting conference room pilots, configure the system, as well as coordinate system integration testing, user training and acceptance testing.


Required Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas TX or be willing to relocate to the area.

  • Experience with Oracle fusion cloud HCM
  • Extensive experience in at least 4 modules among Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and Absence
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Must have experience providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
  • Need to be able to give recommendations of roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
  • Must identifying functionality gaps and develop solutions for them
  • Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations
  • Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Lead and conduct CRP, SIT and UAT
  • Developing end-user documentation and training materials
  • Delivering end-user training
  • Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle hands-on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions/link between tables)
  • Working experience on Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting and Absence
  • Experience working on SQL queries
  • Required to have production support experience in Fusion cloud projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • To be able to work in global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator.
