All core features—voice recording, transcription, emotion analysis—are developed in-house and provided as a comprehensive package. The system integrates seamlessly with external tools like CRMs, contributing to improved operational efficiency and decision-making for client companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, designing, implementing, testing, and operating feature enhancements and new developments for the AI voice analysis service (including telephony, meetings, call recording, and call center functionality)
- Designing and developing real-time processing features, shared APIs, and data platforms utilizing voice analytics and generative AI
- Architecting for high scalability and reliability, while systematically addressing technical debt
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and business teams to conceptualize and develop new features with an eye toward multilingual support and international expansion
- Designing and operating authentication/authorization systems including SAML, OpenID Connect, and RBAC, as well as integrating seamlessly with other web services

Requirements:
Must-Have:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing web applications
- Experience working in a team-based development environment
- 3 or more years of experience in Python or Go development
Nice-to-Have:
- Backend development experience for web applications using Python
- Experience in building and operating CI/CD environments
- Experience as a team leader or technical lead
- Experience in the development and operation of SaaS products
- Experience in building and managing cloud infrastructure
