Job Description


We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across our international engineering and product teams. You will be instrumental in building our global footprint, sourcing passive talent from key tech hubs worldwide, and navigating the complexities of international hiring—from compliance to cross-cultural candidate experience.

This role is for a strategic partner who thrives on solving hard talent puzzles and understands the nuance of recruiting for niche technical stacks across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Global Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Tech Leads) across multiple countries (e.g., Germany, Poland, UK, Canada, Brazil, Singapore).
  • Strategic Sourcing & Market Mapping: Proactively source passive candidates through advanced channels (Boolean, X-Ray, GitHub, niche communities). Build and maintain talent pipelines for key markets and technologies.
  • International Hiring Expertise: Guide hiring managers and candidates through region-specific hiring practices, compensation benchmarks, relocation, and immigration processes (visa sponsorship). Partner with our Legal/People Ops teams on compliance (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws).
  • Candidate Experience & Advocacy: Provide an exceptional, transparent candidate journey. Act as a compelling ambassador for our employer brand, effectively selling our mission and technical challenges to a global audience.
  • Data-Driven Partner: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to define role requirements, set realistic hiring timelines, and provide data-backed insights on time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and market trends.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve our global recruiting playbooks, interview processes, and assessment techniques to ensure fairness, efficiency, and scalability.
