About Trezuz

Trezuz is a payment orchestration platform connecting merchants to 120+ payment providers through a single integration. Our smart routing technology, real-time analytics, and fraud prevention tools help ecommerce and gaming businesses optimise their payment performance. We're scaling fast and looking for a marketing leader to drive our growth.


The Role

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function. You'll own the full marketing strategy-from brand positioning and content to demand generation and partnerships. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the founders with the opportunity to shape how Trezuz is perceived in the payments industry.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy targeting merchants and payment providers
  • Build Trezuz's brand presence and thought leadership in the payment orchestration space
  • Drive demand generation through content marketing, paid campaigns, events, and partnerships
  • Create compelling messaging that communicates our value proposition to ecommerce and gaming verticals
  • Manage the company website, SEO, and digital presence
  • Develop case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials
  • Plan and execute presence at industry events and conferences
  • Build and manage relationships with PR agencies, media, and industry analysts
  • Track marketing performance and optimise campaigns based on data
  • Build and lead the marketing team as we scale


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of building brand awareness and generating qualified leads
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem (PSPs, acquirers, orchestration, gateways)
  • Experience marketing to merchants, particularly in ecommerce or gaming verticals
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Data-driven approach with experience in marketing analytics
  • Hands-on mentality-comfortable executing as well as strategising
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners


Nice to Have

  • Existing network in the payments industry
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Background in high-growth startups
  • Already based in Cyprus or willing to relocate
