We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is hands-on and strategic, requiring expertise in paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and analytics, while wearing multiple hats across product marketing, customer success, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement scalable growth strategies across paid, organic, and owned channels.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior and run A/B tests to improve landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, generate insights from marketing data, and iterate based on performance metrics.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Design and execute email, SMS, and in-app campaigns to improve user retention and engagement.
- Experimentation: Lead rapid experimentation across channels to identify new growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align growth initiatives with business goals.
- Customer Insights: Conduct user research and leverage feedback to inform messaging and campaign strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, start-up, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Proven success in marketing and scaling products.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and project management platforms.
