Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Webinar Specialist with a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns that deliver results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across major platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube — and is confident in turning clicks into conversions.

You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and continuously improving digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and enrolments for our tutorials and training programs. You will also plan and execute webinar-based funnels, converting audiences from ads to live events, and from events to paying learners or clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and implement data-driven strategies to increase visibility and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Coordinate end-to-end webinar funnels, including pre-webinar promotions, live event management, and post-event conversion follow-ups
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare clear, actionable reports
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure all visuals and messages align with brand goals
  • A/B test creatives, headlines, and copy to optimize engagement and conversion rates
  • Conduct competitor analysis and audience segmentation to refine targeting strategies
  • Continuously monitor trends and adjust campaigns to maximize efficiency
  • Develop retargeting campaigns to re-engage past leads and boost overall ROI
  • Manage digital budgets and ensure campaigns meet financial and performance expectations


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience running successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable ROI and achieve campaign objectives
  • Strong understanding of ad analytics, sales funnels, and lead conversion strategies
  • Hands-on experience managing webinar-based marketing funnels (from ad → registration → event → post-event conversion)
  • Excellent command of ad tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms
  • Experience with email automation and remarketing tools (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills


Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be defined by:

  • Consistent growth in quality leads and conversions for tutorial and learning campaigns
  • Demonstrated ROI improvement across digital platforms (target: 3x minimum return on ad spend)
  • Smooth and engaging webinar execution, resulting in measurable sign-ups and post-event conversions
  • Ability to plan, test, and launch new campaign strategies independently and efficiently
