Location: Fully Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST


About the role

Our client is a leading non-alcoholic craft beverage company on a mission to change how people think about beer. They create premium products for people who want the social ritual of drinking without alcohol, blending great taste, clean ingredients, and a lifestyle rooted in balance and well-being.


They’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling, conversion-focused assets across digital channels. This role is key to shaping how the brand shows up across email, web, and social, balancing premium aesthetics with performance-driven design.


What You’ll Do

  • Design digital assets for social media, web, and email marketing aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Create conversion-focused layouts, carousels, hooks, and visual storytelling elements.
  • Support email design in Klaviyo, ensuring campaigns are engaging and mobile-responsive.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to translate briefs into high-quality creative assets.
  • Apply CRO principles, typography, layout, and color theory to improve performance.


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within FMCG or consumer brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, conversion-focused digital design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
  • Solid understanding of branding, visual identity systems, and digital storytelling.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative working style.
