🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK (must have at least 5 hours of overlap with the UK)
💰 Salary: $1,500 - $1,900 USD/month (depending on experience)

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for bringing our visual content creation in-house, elevating our social media aesthetic, and supporting our broader digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for design consistency and be an expert in leveraging Canva Pro to produce high-quality, engaging assets across multiple distinct brands. 🔑 Key Responsibilities The Marketing Designer will be the primary engine for visual content, ensuring all assets are on-brand and optimized for performance:
- Social Media Asset Creation: Design and produce a high volume of engaging, on-brand visual assets specifically optimized for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.). These assets will be utilized by the Organic Social Media Manager.
- Multi-Brand Management: Efficiently manage and execute design requests for 4 distinct company brands, ensuring each brand's unique aesthetic and guidelines are strictly maintained.
- Digital Marketing Support: Create visual assets to support paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google, working to maximize click-through rates and conversion goals.
- Template & Toolkit Maintenance: Manage, update, and expand the existing library of design templates and brand kits, which are predominantly housed within Canva Pro.
- Brand Consistency: Act as the internal gatekeeper for all visual branding, ensuring consistency across all channels, materials, and digital touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Social Media teams to translate marketing objectives and copy into effective, visually compelling designs.
- Adaptation & Optimization: Rapidly adapt designs based on performance data and feedback from the Social Media Manager and Marketing team to continually improve visual effectiveness.
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
- Canva Expertise: Non-negotiable expertise in Canva Pro. Must be proficient in utilizing Canva's advanced features, template creation, brand kits, and collaboration tools.
- Design Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Designer, Graphic Designer, or a similar role focused on digital content and social media.
- Visual Aesthetic: A strong, professional eye for design, typography, color theory, and composition, with the ability to maintain strict brand consistency across various platforms.
- Digital Optimization: Demonstrated ability to design assets tailored to different social media specifications (e.g., aspect ratios, file types, text-to-image ratios) that drive engagement.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines simultaneously across different brands.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1+) written and spoken
✨ Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications)
- Industry Familiarity: Experience designing for the wedding, events, or education/coaching industries.
- Advanced Software: Familiarity with professional design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for more complex, non-Canva based projects.
- Animation/Video Skills: Experience creating simple short-form video content or animated graphics for social media (e.g., Reels, TikToks).

- Advanced Design Software (Preferred): Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Collaboration & Project Management: Clickup, Asana/Trello, or similar task management tools
- File Management: Dropbox, Google Drive, or centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
- Office Suite: Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
🎯 Success Metrics (KPIs)
Performance will be measured by, but not limited to, the following key metrics:
- Asset Volume & Timeliness: Ability to deliver high-quality design assets on schedule to support the social media content calendar.
- Engagement Rate: Contribution to the overall increase in engagement rates of organic social media posts (e.g., saves, shares, and comments).
- Ad Performance: Successful creation of effective ad visuals that contribute to improved CTR and conversion rates for Facebook and Google campaigns.
- Brand Consistency Score: Internal metrics or feedback reflecting the adherence of all produced assets to brand guidelines across the three company brands.
