Data Analyst – Insights & Campaign Analytics


Remote (U.S. Based)

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 + Benefits


Areti are excited to be recruiting for a Data Analyst on behalf of a fast-growing business consulting and technology advisory firm operating across North America. This organisation partners with enterprise and mid-market clients to help them make smarter, data-driven decisions across marketing, customer engagement, and commercial strategy.


As part of continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in segmentation, audience research, and campaign analysis, supporting clients with actionable insights that directly influence business outcomes.


The Role

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that inform strategy, optimise campaigns, and improve customer understanding. You’ll work closely with consultants, marketers, and stakeholders to analyse performance, uncover trends, and deliver clear, impactful recommendations.


This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of client engagements, industries, and data sources, while contributing to high-visibility projects in a collaborative, remote-first environment.


Key Responsibilities

Analyse & Interpret

  • Perform customer segmentation and audience analysis to support targeted marketing and growth strategies.
  • Analyse campaign performance across digital and offline channels, identifying trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.


Deliver Insights

  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualisations to track KPIs and business performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven decision-making across marketing, sales, and customer strategy initiatives.

Collaborate & Improve

  • Work closely with consultants, strategists, and client teams to define analytical requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.


About You

You are an analytical, commercially minded Data Analyst with a passion for turning data into insight. You enjoy working in fast-paced consulting-style environments and are comfortable balancing multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of output.


Ideal Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytics role.
  • Strong experience in segmentation, audience research, and campaign analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar).
  • Experience working with marketing, customer, or commercial datasets.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
