What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Perform user account lifecycle management, including creating, provisioning, updating, and inactivating accounts
  • Plan, test, manage, and update security protocols for electronic health records
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Epic User Security and related resources
  • Troubleshoot security and workflow issues independently or collaboratively with other teams
  • Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations and technical settings for internal use

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Certified in Epic Security; additional application certification is a plus
  • Experience with Epic Application template build
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven ability to enforce organizational policies and procedures for data security
  • Strong analytical skills for generating reports and performing in-depth analysis
