You will contribute to the evolution of core infrastructure systems, drive automation, enhance reliability practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to support current and future business needs
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

- Plan and execute lifecycle operations for hardware, virtualization clusters, and storage systems, ensuring predictable and low-risk maintenance windows.
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues across hardware, virtualization, and storage layers, collaborating with vendors and internal teams when required.
- Continuously monitor platform performance and capacity usage; identify bottlenecks, forecast resource growth, and provide recommendations for scaling infrastructure.
- Participate in evaluating new technologies, preparing technical designs, and documenting infrastructure standards, troubleshooting guides, operational procedures, and recovery playbooks to ensure operational consistency.
- Develop and maintain automation tools to reduce operational effort and increase platform consistency.
- Support backup and recovery systems, ensuring resilience, data integrity, and the ability to restore services in multi-site environments.
- Act as a subject-matter expert in servers, virtualization, and infrastructure software; assist other teams in troubleshooting and optimizing their systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on experience with VMware (ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS) and server hardware lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise storage systems, LUN provisioning, replication, and backup/disaster recovery practices.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including L2/L3 concepts in virtualized and multi-site environments.
- Proficiency in Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.) and system troubleshooting.
- Automation skills using scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) and tools like Ansible.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Operational experience in high-availability, multi-datacenter environments.
- Understanding of infrastructure security best practices and change management processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and documentation.
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with ownership, adaptability, and clear communication.
- Competitive salary and annual performance bonus
- Full relocation support for you and your family — flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance included
