Location -Tulsa, OK – Onsite  

Job Type - Direct Hire | Full-Time - permanent

Schedule-Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range - $68,390 – $98,586 annually (Relocation assistance may be available)


Job Summary

The Contract and Data Analyst (Managed Care) is responsible for analyzing payer contracts, monitoring contract performance, and supporting contract negotiations through data modeling and financial analysis. This role works closely with managed care, finance, Epic, and leadership teams to ensure accurate reimbursement, contract compliance, and optimization of revenue for both hospital and physician services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze managed care contracts and communicate financial and operational impacts
  • Build and maintain contract financial models and projections to support negotiations
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure expected reimbursement levels
  • Audit payments and identify underpayments or compliance issues
  • Collaborate with payors to resolve contract discrepancies and recover revenue
  • Review and negotiate contract language with internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain datasets for ongoing contract analysis
  • Build, test, and maintain Epic contract modeling and reimbursement configurations
  • Work with Epic teams to validate contract builds before production
  • Troubleshoot rate and revenue code issues to maximize reimbursement
  • Partner with directors and senior leaders on managed care strategy
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental goals.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in:
  • Managed care contracting
  • Provider or facility reimbursement
  • Health plan contract analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and Access
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

  • Background in a hospital, clinic, or surgery center environment
