Das sind deine Aufgaben: Als IT Systems Engineer / Systemadministrator (w/m/d) bist du das Rückgrat unserer digitalen Infrastruktur:

• Systembetrieb & Administration: Du gewährleistest die technische Verfügbarkeit und administrierst Dienste sicher und effizient.
• Infrastruktur & Cloud: Du erweiterst unsere IT-Landschaft und betreust unsere Cloud-Umgebung (Azure).
• Prozessautomatisierung: Du führst eigenverantwortlich Projekte zur Automatisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse durch – hier kannst du dich als Engineer ausleben.
• Support: Du bist Ansprechpartner für deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei technischen Fragen.

Das bringst du mit:

• Ausbildung: Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Informationstechniker oder vergleichbar.
• Microsoft-Stack: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Client/Server, Hyper-V, Entra ID und Intune.
• Cloud & Network: Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Azure und Netzwerkinfrastruktur (idealerweise Unifi).
• Security: Wissen in InfoSec (SIEM, Logging) und Best Practices.
• Pluspunkt: Erfahrung mit Skripting, DevOps (Git, CI/CD) ist ausdrücklich erwünscht.

Your Responsibilities: You are the backbone of our digital infrastructure

• System Operations & Administration: You ensure technical availability and administer our services securely and efficiently.
• Infrastructure & Cloud: You actively expand our IT landscape and manage our cloud environment (Azure).
• Process Automation: You lead your own projects to automate our business processes – here you can fully utilize your engineering skills.
• Support: You are the primary contact for your colleagues regarding technical questions.

Your Profile: What you bring to the table

• Education: Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker), Information Technician, or a comparable qualification.
• Microsoft Stack: Very good knowledge of Windows Client/Server environments as well as routine in administering Hyper-V, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Cloud & Network: Confident handling of Microsoft Azure and network infrastructure (ideally Unifi).
• Security: Solid knowledge of InfoSec (SIEM, Logging) and IT security best practices.
• Plus Points: Experience with scripting and DevOps concepts (Git, CI/CD) is expressly desired to drive our automation efforts forward.
