We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize our network infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, improving network performance, and ensuring reliable connectivity across a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and maintain network systems including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity
  • Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement improvements
  • Troubleshoot network problems and provide timely resolutions
  • Ensure network security, compliance, and redundancy best practices
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams on network projects
  • Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
  • Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and implementations
  • Support network-related aspects of IT projects and initiatives
RequirementsJunior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years)
  • Experience in network administration, network engineering, or related IT roles
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
  • Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
General Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and structured working style
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
