What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Solicit, understand, and document customer requirements, processes, and workflows
• Create the Product Backlog with detailed User stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development leads to design project roadmaps
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support the development lifecycle
• Develop training materials and assist with training/demonstrations as needed
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technology-related field or equivalent experience in the health industry
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Solid experience in soliciting requirements and user stories
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles and workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and excellent communication skills

• Experience in software implementation within the health industry
• Strong consultative and advisory skills
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and methodologies
