About The Role
We are looking for a mid-level Technical Account Manager to own the relationship with our clients across multiple ongoing projects. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and customer success, with a strong focus on repeat business and long-term partnerships. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully, customer needs are clearly understood, and new opportunities are identified early.This is a delivery-focused role in a scaling company, ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys working with customers and driving projects forward.
Responsibilities
- Customer & Account Ownership
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers and projects
- Build long-term relationships with customers, focusing on trust, continuity, and repeat business
- Ensure customer expectations are aligned with project scope, timelines, and delivery
- Work closely with Project Managers to understand project status, risks, and upcoming needs
- Translate customer requirements into clear inputs for technical and delivery teams
- Proactively identify blockers, misalignments, or scope changes and help resolve them
- Engage regularly with customers to understand their business goals, technical challenges, and future plans
- Perform client and product research to anticipate potential needs or opportunities
- Help customers understand how our AI, ML, and software solutions can support their objectives
- Identify opportunities for follow-up projects, extensions, or new use cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals or next steps based on customer needs
- Support account growth through a deep understanding of both the technology and the customer context
- Technical & Professional Experience
- Mid-level experience in a technical environment (ML, AI, or software engineering background preferred)
- Comfortable discussing AI, machine learning, and software development concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working on or alongside delivery-focused projects
- Ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them clearly
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and customers
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on practical outcomes and delivery
- Previous experience in technical account management, customer success, consulting, or project coordination
- Exposure to AI/ML projects or data-driven products
- Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing company
