What you’ll do
- Partner with designers to bring bold gameplay concepts to life.
- Define tech strategies, pipelines, and the overall development vision.
- Lead the creation of core game features and systems inside Unity.
- Build, tune, and polish gameplay until it feels just right.
- Work hand-in-hand with QA to squash bugs and deliver flawless builds.
- Ship regular updates, live-ops features, and content drops.
- Integrate REST APIs, sockets, online features — whatever the game needs.
- Optimize performance so the game runs like butter on every device.
- Craft responsive UI that looks great across all screens.
- Manage assets efficiently with Unity Addressables.
- Keep the codebase clean, modular, and scalable using Git.
- Rapidly prototype new ideas and mechanics.
- Apply real math and algorithmic thinking to gameplay and physics.
- Integrate essential plugins (AdMob, Firebase, analytics, etc.).
- Implement smart security and encryption practices.
- Handle deep links, ads, tracking, and all that good stuff.
- Mentor junior devs and help elevate the entire team.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years as a Unity Developer working on mobile titles.
- Strong experience in a professional game studio environment.
- Real shipped games — we want to see what you’ve built.
- Excellent C# skills and mastery of Unity for mobile projects.
- Deep understanding of optimization, debugging, and performance tricks.
- Experience guiding or leading teams.
- Game design intuition and solid technical fundamentals.
- Comfortable with REST APIs, sockets, and networking.
- Strong math + algorithms knowledge for gameplay systems.
- Familiarity with UI creation, Git workflows, and third-party SDKs.
