We are looking for a performance marketing specialist who can own paid campaigns end-to-end and consistently deliver results.


Role Objective

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid digital platforms to drive leads, conversions, and revenue while maintaining optimal ROI.


Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creatives.
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels for lead generation and sales campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.

Performance Optimization

  • Track and optimize KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement optimization strategies.
  • Scale winning campaigns while controlling costs.

Analytics & Tracking

  • Set up and manage tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs.
  • Monitor user behaviour and funnel performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Strategy & Growth

  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research.
  • Recommend new performance strategies, ad formats, and growth experiments.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and best practices.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, content, and tech teams to align ads with landing pages and messaging.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet campaign goals.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Google Ads / Meta certifications are an added advantage.
