You will be responsible for handling messages, engaging with our audience, and building a strong, professional, and trusted community around our product.
This role is ideal for someone who understands tech, startups, or digital products, and knows how to communicate clearly and efficiently with an online audience.
Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming messages and comments on social media and digital platforms
- Engage with the community in a professional and friendly tone
- Moderate discussions and ensure positive interactions
- Publish and schedule simple content (posts, updates, announcements)
- Coordinate with the internal team when needed (feedback, issues, insights)
- Help build and maintain a strong brand image online
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written English (mandatory)
- French is a plus (optional)
- Experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Comfortable managing conversations on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Discord, or similar
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, responsive, and reliable
Nice to Have (Big Plus) :
- Background in Tech, Startup, SaaS, Web, Mobile, or Digital Products
- Previous experience working with tech teams or tech companies
- Understanding of online communities, digital products, or innovation ecosystems
