Why Join Secmation

Secmation is a proven, mission-focused engineering company with more than a decade of delivering real capability to the defense community. We operate with the speed, ownership, and tight-knit culture of a small business-backed by the credibility and track record that comes from 10+ years of successful execution. Here, engineers build systems that matter, move fast, and ship technology that directly impacts national security.

As a cybersecurity engineer, you'll help build technology where security is designed from day one-not bolted on. You'll work across AI-enabled RF/cyber analysis tools, trusted execution environments, zero-trust architectures, and strong cryptographic frameworks to help defense teams identify cyber/EW risks earlier, react faster, and deliver secure mission capabilities with fewer obstacles.

Small Company. Big Mission. Real Engineering.

Join the Future of Embedded Cybersecurity

At Secmation, we're redefining how secure software is built for the most advanced defense and embedded systems in the world. We are actively seeking Senior Cybersecurity Software Engineers to help design and implement secure, mission-critical software - not configure off-the-shelf IT solutions.

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity software development experience for embedded systems.
  • Strong C/C++ programming skills with design and implementation of security controls across different development platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement robust security controls in real-time and constrained environments.
  • Expert-level understanding of cybersecurity technologies, vulnerabilities, and mitigations.
  • Strong communication skills - capable of presenting to stakeholders, writing technical documents, and contributing to proposals.
