About The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager (AI-Powered) at Puffy is a strategic and hands-on role designed for an experienced performance marketer with a strong background in D2C and e-commerce, particularly within the US or North American markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching, managing, and scaling campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels. Additionally, they will contribute to broader marketing efforts including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email marketing, working closely with senior leadership including the CEO, who is a Forbes Council member. This role emphasizes a data-driven, revenue-focused approach, requiring the candidate to develop scalable systems, optimize funnels, and innovate marketing strategies in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands
- Proven success in driving revenue through multi-channel digital marketing strategies
- Working knowledge of Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email marketing ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation
- Ability to optimize marketing funnels from awareness to conversion, including ad-to-landing page optimization
- Creative capability to develop compelling ad concepts and guide creative teams
