About The Role

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team and contribute to building modern solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web services and user interfaces that support AI training and evaluation processes. Your work will directly influence how AI models are assessed and refined to meet real-world user needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript, experience with Node.js/Nest.js, and proficiency in a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate effectively with global teams while maintaining your preferred schedule.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess advanced skills in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of ES6+ features. Experience with Node.js and Nest.js is essential, along with proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to architect web applications, implement comprehensive testing strategies, and write clean, maintainable code. Familiarity with scalable, modular full-stack development is highly desirable. A minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates must also have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and experience working collaboratively in asynchronous teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality JavaScript/TypeScript services and user interfaces to support AI training and evaluation workflows.
• Design, implement, and optimize evaluation pipelines, documenting rationales, methodologies, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on dataset creation and process refinement for supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices to enhance overall code quality and maintainability.
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues to ensure robust system performance.
