About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in digital technology to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for a professional who excels in managing web and mobile application projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between our development teams and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Your role will involve overseeing project execution, managing risks, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the development cycle. As a client-facing project manager, exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential to foster trust and deliver outstanding results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including apps involved with dating, alcohol, and adult content, requiring discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess prior experience working with American companies in a project management capacity, demonstrating a solid understanding of digital product development. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory, along with proficiency in local languages such as Urdu and regional dialects to facilitate seamless communication with our Pakistan-based development team. Strong customer service skills and experience managing client relationships are essential. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React and React Native, as well as project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, is required. Knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude (LLMs), Slack, Zoom, GitHub, Cursor, and Figma will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing challenging situations, and skilled in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with development and design teams to outline scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, tracking progress against milestones and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
• Conduct weekly partner calls to review project status, gather feedback, and ensure transparency.
• Define clear responsibilities and deliverables for design, development, and QA teams to ensure accountability.
• Identify potential obstacles early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Assist in QA testing to verify that all features and functionalities meet specifications and quality standards.
• Schedule and facilitate product walkthroughs with clients, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Document and communicate any change requests or out-of-scope items, managing scope creep effectively.
• Lead project teams using Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, to promote rapid iterations and continuous improvement.
• Occasionally source third-party solutions such as payment processors or APIs based on project requirements, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
