Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our recruiting process, ensuring an organized, welcoming, and high-quality experience for every candidate.
You’ll work closely with our Recruiting Lead and People Ops partners to keep hiring processes running smoothly and help us attract and retain top talent as we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own interview scheduling and candidate communications after initial screening.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview logistics, assist with offer preparation, and support onboarding activities.
- Partner closely with the Recruiting Lead on all scheduling and coordination needs.
- Support People Operations initiatives, including team events, engagement surveys, and culture-building projects.
- Help deliver a thoughtful, values-aligned candidate experience that reflects our culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or administrative coordination.
- Working knowledge of recruiting and HR best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with situational adaptability.
- Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms (Rippling experience is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally.
- A passion for building positive employee and candidate experiences.

- Pay: $28–$35 per hour (DOE)
