About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in Revenue Operations to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technological solutions, focusing on process optimization, tool evaluation, and seamless integration with platforms like Salesforce. The ideal candidate will excel at gathering detailed business requirements, assessing third-party solutions, and leading the deployment of systems that enhance operational efficiency through automation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including revenue operations, sales, marketing, finance, and client success to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic solutions that drive growth and efficiency. Your expertise will help ensure that our systems are aligned with business goals, scalable, and optimized for performance, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional payment experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Consultant, or in a similar role, preferably within Revenue Operations or Sales/Client Success technology environments
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, integration, and optimization
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Operations processes including sales, marketing, and client lifecycle workflows
- Development experience with API interface tools such as Zapier, Mulesoft, Workato, or similar (preferred)
- Proven ability to evaluate, select, and deploy third-party SaaS tools that integrate with Salesforce and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum (a plus)
- Experience in fintech, banking, or other financial services sectors (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Partner with revenue operations, sales, marketing, finance, and client success teams to analyze and improve business processes through automation and system enhancements
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating functional requirements into detailed system specifications
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party systems to streamline revenue operations
- Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with essential tools such as CPQ, marketing automation platforms, client success systems, and billing solutions
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support proposed system improvements and process changes
- Oversee system change management, including testing, documentation, user training, and adoption support
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, ensuring they evolve with business needs
- Stay informed about emerging tools, best practices, and industry trends in Revenue Operations technology, recommending innovative solutions
