What You’ll Do
- Lead marketing strategy: Develop and execute inbound and growth marketing strategies for both Lean Labs and select client accounts.
- Manage campaigns: Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns (content, SEO, paid, email, social) that drive awareness and qualified leads.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and growth strategists to ensure cohesive messaging and measurable results.
- Track and report performance: Set clear KPIs, track performance in HubSpot and Google Analytics, and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
- Build the brand: Elevate Lean Labs’ marketing presence through storytelling, thought leadership, and consistent brand voice.
- Manage client communication: Serve as the main marketing point of contact for key clients, ensuring strategic alignment and ROI-focused execution.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in digital marketing, inbound marketing, or growth marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years tenure with a company in the past. It doesn’t have to be your most recent position, but we do require proof of loyalty, showing that you have a history of sticking with a company.
- A relevant promotion within a company in the past. We believe that A players are recognized and promoted within.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot, SEO, conversion funnels, and content marketing.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver results.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Passion for remote teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
