Job Description


Position Overview

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve the online visibility, ranking, and traffic of The Abdulla Holding Corp & Its Sub Brands’ websites and digital platforms. The role requires in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration with cross-functional marketing, content, and web development teams.

This is a remote role, and the incumbent must be comfortable working with a globally distributed team across multiple time zones.


Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Monitor and improve on-page, off-page, and technical SEO performance across all websites and digital assets.

2. On-Page Optimization

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure keyword integration and SEO-friendly copywriting.
  • Implement structured data (schema markup) to enhance search visibility.

3. Off-Page Optimization & Link Building

  • Develop and manage ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Identify partnerships and outreach opportunities to build high-quality backlinks.
  • Monitor off-page activities to prevent negative SEO practices.

4. Technical SEO

  • Perform regular technical audits to ensure crawlability, indexability, and overall site health.
  • Improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Work closely with developers to resolve site architecture, redirects, and error issues.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.

6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with content creators, digital marketers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO is integrated across campaigns.
  • Support global brand initiatives by tailoring SEO strategies for regional markets.
  • Assist in training internal teams on SEO principles where needed.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven SEO experience (corporate, agency, or multinational exposure preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Experience with international/ multilingual SEO is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, global, cross-functional environment.
